We are in the process of completing a custom build which will allow you to keep track of your online orders and show historical data.
While the system is under construction you can email your order to info@theoillady.co.uk or call 0800 228 9140 or pop into the office if you are local between 10am and 4pm. We are available by phone 7 days a week during the working day and evenings for urgent matters.

NOW PLACING DAILY ORDERS
We are now placing daily orders. In trying to catch the lowest price of each week we usually place a larger order on a Wednesday or Thursday but if you prefer we do place daily orders. As soon as your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with price and delivery details, these are usually sent at the end of the day however if you can show that you placed your order and we did not receive it for technical reasons here at The Oil Lady, let us assure you that you will receive a price on the day of your order. Delivery is within 10 working days but if you need your oil quicker, without any additional cost we can prioritize your order and you will receive your delivery within 5 days or sooner.
If you run a syndicate and would like to take advantage of our very competative, just give us a call on 01371238080 and we will be happy to work with you placing the order and monitoring the deliveries. We are here to help.

AREAS COVERED
We can supply kerosene, gas oil, diesel or additives to anywhere in England thanks to our network of suppliers. Importantly there is no price difference regardless of your location, if you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
